2. At the welcome message (or during it), simply dial the telephone number of the person you need to speak to.

3. Once your connected just start speaking!

Remember if calling from a mobile phone you only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. It will automatically connect for you. If it is engaged or you can't get a connection first time remember to redial the access number followed by the destination number.
